Returns & warranty
Questions people ask before they buy
The answers below are the lines ByRokko publishes on its returns page and in its terms of sale.
- How long do I have to withdraw from an order?
- The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract in 30 days from receiving the goods, without having to state the reason for his decision.
- How do I send something back?
- The Buyer returns the purchased good within 14 days of the cancellation notice without any restitution. The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing at support@byrokko.com about the intended return.
- What condition must a return be in?
- The returned product must be intact, packaged in the original packaging and include all original accessories, unchanged in quantity and without any trace of use. Mandatory enclosure for the return are the Buyer's information (name, address, email, contact number, order number and account number for issuing a refund).
- When do I get my money back?
- The Seller will reimburse you the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the goods returned. The costs of shipping for returned goods are covered by the Buyer. The Seller does not accept packages with COD (Collect-on-Delivery).
- What if my parcel arrives damaged?
- Complaints of goods damaged during transportation are taken into account within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Later complaints are not taken into account by the Seller. If there are visible signs of damage on the product at the time of acceptance, the Buyer may refuse the shipment, and the courier is required to compose a complaint record on the damaged shipment.
- Can I return the wrong product?
- The Buyer can return the product if it does not have the characteristics explicitly promised by the Seller, if the Seller has sent the wrong product, in the wrong quantity or color, or if the product deviates from the Buyer's order in any way. The Buyer can return the goods within 14 days from the day of acceptance and may demand immediate replacement for a flawless product or a refund.
- How long is the warranty?
- The Seller offer a 24 month warranty for all products.
- What does the warranty not cover?
- Warranty does not apply in the case of:
- wear due to use
- defects caused by incorrect, inadequate and negligent use
- How do I make a warranty claim?
- In the event of a warranty claim, please send us the product to the Seller's address. The package must contain the Buyer's information: name and surname, email address, delivery address and whether the Buyer wishes to replace or return the product.
- What if a product is no longer sold?
- In the event that the Seller does not sell the purchased product anymore, the purchase price will be returned to the Buyer or the product will be (by agreement) replaced with a product of comparable characteristics.
- How fast are complaints resolved?
- The seller is obliged to resolve the complaints within 7 business days.
- Do I need a reason to withdraw?
- Without having to state any reason whatsoever, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal and return the Product to us in exchange for a full refund.
- How long do I have to return the products once I withdraw?
- Should you choose to withdraw, you are required to return the applicable Products without undue delay to us no later than within 30 calendar days from the day on which you have communicated to us that you invoke your right of withdrawal.
- How long is the legal liability for a defect?
- Under general EU Consumer Protection Legislation, we are liable to you for any Defect (lack of conformity) in a Product that becomes apparent within a minimum of two years from delivery of such Product, whereby under applicable country-specific legislations this period might be amended in the favour of the Buyer. The foregoing does not limit your statutory rights in any way.
- When must I report a defect?
- Should you wish to return a Defective Product, you should send us the above mentioned return request and stated remedy claim no later than 2 months after discovering such Defect, whereby under applicable country-specific legislations this period might be amended in the favour of the Buyer.
- What does an accepted refund include?
- All accepted refunds shall include the full amount you paid for the Defective Product (i.e. the price of the Product including any and all taxes as well as the Costs of delivery) from the applicable Order Confirmation, whereby we shall also refund you the shipping costs you might have incurred due to our request, that the Defective Product be sent back to us.
- How is a defect refund paid out?
- You will be refunded by us to the credit/debit card or other payment method provided by you when the order was originally placed, or as specified by you in your refund request. The refund will be processed as soon as practicable but within 8 working days of the Defective Product arriving to us.
- When is a withdrawal refund paid?
- We shall reimburse to you all payments received in connection with the Products you are withdrawing from, including the Costs of delivery (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal.

- Delivering Products that are in stock to countries in the EU usually takes 3 to 7 business days, while delivering to the UK usually takes 2 to 7 business days.
- For Products not currently in stock, the delivery time may be up to 15 business days.
- After your order has been dispatched, you shall receive a message from us containing your delivery tracking code. This code will allow you to track the delivery of your Products (where such service is made available).
- You may cancel any order free of charge and without giving us any reason, provided it has not yet been shipped. We begin processing orders placed at our online store almost immediately.
- If no one is available at your address to take delivery, the carrier may leave a delivery attempt notice to advise that the order has been returned to their local depot. If this occurs, please contact the carrier at the number listed on the delivery attempt notice.
- Please note that changing the country of delivery may have an influence on the price due to a change in currency or due to country specific pricing.
- The time at which you'll be charged for your order will depend on the payment method you selected at checkout. Payments can only be processed if the billing information can be verified.
- Our carrier may contact you to arrange deliveries, confirm delivery details and rearrange deliveries (where applicable) from time to time.
